This book can be used by ambitious beginners and advanced beginners. While writing the arrangements, the author considered the small hands of children. To avoid big stretches, most of the notes are on the first four strings. In addition, no barre chords are required and use of the little finger (fretting hand) is kept to a minimum. The solos are written in both standard notation and tablature. Every song in the book is included on the companion CD. The tunes are recorded at a moderate speed and include count-off notes.
